I was asked by my brother for some suggestions on what he should give his wife for their anniversary. I think it's a lot easier to choose a present for a woman than for a man. There are more choices when looking for 'gifts for her anniversary'. It could be a bag, jewelry, gift certificate to a spa of her choice, shoes, etc.
He does not want to ask what she likes because he wants it to be a sweet surprise. I told him to list down her favorite things and and choose from those stuff listed. Don't forget to give her a bouquet of her favorite flower.
